1. Diagnostic
Diagnostics are run using specialized equipment and test results are compared to OME standards to determine faulty components.
2. Testing
Testing of the sensors on the diesel pump.
Pump removal or faulty component removal for further testing.
Pressure testing.
Flow rate testing.
Testing suction from the diesel tank.
If it is a low pressure pump additional tests are run to check the flow and
pressure.
3. Repairs
After the testing phase of our process, we discuss the problems and solutions with our client. After approval we replace and repair any faulty equipment or components.
