1. Diagnostic
Diagnostics are run and test results compared to OME standards to determine faulty components.
2. Testing
Testing of the components and visual inspections.
– Testing of the component that controls the turbo e.g wastegate actuator,
N75 valve, VNT etc.
– Inspections of boost pipes, intercooler and air filter
– Inspections of EGR, catalytic converter and DPF for blockages
– Inspections of oil feed pipes for blockages and dirt
– Testing of oil pressure supply to turbo
3. Repairs
After the testing phase of our process, we discuss the problems and solutions with our client. After approval we replace and repair any faulty equipment or components.
